How we work
Origin
Every stone is bought directly at source or from one of our cutting partners. The origin is stated in the description, not in the small print.
Treatment
Untreated, treated or undetermined. There is no fourth category and no wording that leaves anything open.
Advice
Stones are sold in conversation. Insured stones on approval, appointments by arrangement, also with your end client.
